How Often Should You Service Your Machines?

If you use your machine for more than 15 hours per week, you should have it cleaned and oiled twice a year. If you use it less than 12 hours per week, once a year is usually enough. Regular maintenance helps avoid unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs.

Comprehensive Services Offered

Repair Services

From simple adjustments to complete overhauls, I work on most major brands of embroidery equipment. You can be assured that you have a trained and experienced technician ready to get your equipment back in production.

Basic Service Call Includes:

  • Check and adjust needle bar depth and heights.

  • Remove, clean, and de-burr rotary hooks. Then re-install and reset hook timing (new hooks will be installed if needed).

  • Check trimmer mechanisms and reset to factory specs (new trimmer parts will be installed if needed).

  • Check pantograph for smooth operation.

  • Grease and lubricate the machine per factory specifications.

  • Test the embroidery machine.

  • Address any other machine issues.

Monthly Maintenance Plans

Maintenance of your equipment is crucial and often overlooked. More than likely, your training did not include a thorough explanation of all the lubrication points. Ask me about starting a comprehensive maintenance program for your equipment. Maintenance contracts are also available.
