Repair
From simple adjustments to complete overhauls of your embroidery machine, I work on most major brands of embroidery equipment like Tajima, Barudan, SWF, Ricoma, Happy and many more. Be rest assured that you have a trained and experienced technician ready to get your equipment back in production.
Basic Service Call

Check and adjust needle bar depth and heights of your embroidery machine

Remove, clean, and de-burr rotary hooks. Then re-install and reset hook timing (new hooks will be installed if needed).

Check trimmer mechanisms and reset to factory specs (new trimmer parts will be installed if needed).

Check panograph for smooth operation.

Grease and lubricate machine per factory specifications.

Test embroidery machine.

Address any other machine issues.
Monthly Maintenance Plans

Maintenance of your equipment is very important and too often overlooked. More than likely your training did not include a thorough explanation of all the lubrication points. Ask me about starting a comprehensive maintenance program for your embroidery equipment. Maintenance contracts are also available.

When you purchase a new or used embroidery machine, I can install it and provide training on its use.
